No Refunds

All sales are final. No returns or refunds.

This no refunds policy is disclosed on each purchasable book’s sales page in the F.A.Q. section.

But please contact me at contacthopenotless@gmail.com, if you have any problems with your account or with accessing your order.

Before Purchasing

Carefully read the Features and F.A.Q. sections of each purchasable book’s sales page.

Also carefully read Trigger & Maturity Warnings and Medical & Health Disclaimers linked on the sales pages of the books they are applicable to and in the footer of each webpage.

Trigger warnings are given again within the beginning of each book they apply to.

Be aware that all my books are E-books, and only most poems have recitation audio. See the Features sections of each book’s sales page for how many poems have recitation audio.

Earphones at a high volume are needed for a quality listening experience, especially if soft volume is an issue. Test the volume by trying the freebie called “How Angels Pray” before purchasing an E-book.

Payments & Accessing the Ebooks

Sales are made through secure online credit/debit card payments.

All my products are Ebooks with audio and are accessed through a customer hopenotless.com Library Account. Sign in at hopenotless.com/wethehopeless. Or sign up at hopenotless.com/jointhehopeless.

The E-Books are linked within your Library. You click on an E-Book, then sign into the Kotobee-powered E-Book itself (for security). Anyone’s login will grant access to the free E-Book, while your login only grants access to paid E-Books if you’ve bought them. See details of How to Read Your E-Books here.
