Deleting the Personal Data that Your Hopenotless.com Library Account depends on or requesting that We erase it, means that Your Library Account will be deleted and You will forfeit access to the e-books You bought (as the e-books are only allowed to be accessed through Your Library Account and are not allowed to be downloaded for any reason).
This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Interpretations & Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular, plural, or possessive.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
- Account aka Library Account, means a unique Hopenotless.com Library Account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
- Website is synonymous with Hope. Not Less. and Hopenotless.com.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

WPX security measures include but are not limited to: DDoS protection, two factor authentication, advanced account security, free auto-renew SSL encryption, brute force protection, daily malware scans, WAF firewall, and automated wordpress and php updates. Hopenotless.com uses Google Forms, Google Sheets, & Google Drive for email marketing subscribe and unsubscribe records. Google security measures include but are not limited to: encryption technology like HTTPS and Transport Layer Security, secure servers for data storage, audit logs to monitor for suspicious activities, and continuous updates. Our WordPress security measures include but are not limited to: all customer Library Accounts are forced to follow a strong password policy, the number of administrators who have access to Your Personal Data is kept minimal, login attempts are limited, and all components added to WordPress are from trusted developers and are kept up to date.
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
What Types of Data We Collect

Who We Share Your Data With
We share Personal Data with third parties who help us provide Our orders and store Services to You.
WordPress Password Reset
If You request a password reset, Your IP address will be included in the reset email from WordPress. Please see the WordPress Privacy Policy for more details.
Stripe Payments
We accept payments through Stripe. When processing payments you submit, some of Your Personal Data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total, currency, and billing information. Google Services for Email Preferences
A Google Form is used for a marketing email subscribe and unsubscribe list. When you submit this form (whether you use it to subscribe or unsubscribe), the Google Form collects Your email and the name You enter. This Personal Data is synched to a Google Sheets, and is stored on Google Drive. It is stored until you request for Your Personal Data to be deleted from these email preference records altogether (this is different than updating your preference to ‘unsubscribe’). Even when your Personal Data is deleted from the email preference records, You will still receive necessary emails related to Your Hopenotless.com Library Account and purchases.
WooCommerce Site Visitor Data
Woo Commerce, Hopenotless.com’s ecommerce platform, stores site visitor and customer Personal Data as detailed below.
While You visit Our site, We’ll track:
- Products You’ve viewed: We’ll use this to, for example, show You products You’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: We’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
- Shipping address: We’ll ask You to enter this so We can, for instance, estimate shipping before You place an order, and send You the order
We’ll also use Cookies to keep track of cart contents while You’re browsing Our site.
WooCommerce Customer Data
When You purchase from us, We’ll ask You to provide Personal Data including Your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details, Account username, and Account password. We’ll use this Personal Data for purposes, such as, to:
- Send You information about Your Library Account and order
- Respond to Your requests
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Set up Your Account for Our store
- Comply with any legal obligations We have, such as calculating taxes (details below)

WooCommerce Account Data
When You create an Account, We ask You to provide Your name, email, Account username, and Account password.
WooCommerce Shipping & Tax Extension
Data used for taxes includes: the value of goods in the cart, the value of shipping, and destination address. As far as data synced for automated taxes, we send the value of goods in the cart, the value of shipping, and the destination address to TaxJar. Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Data Retention & Rights
How Long We Retain Your Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with Our legal obligations; such as when required to retain Your Personal Data to comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes, and enforce Our legal agreements and policies.
Because all e-books by Hope. Not Less. are non-downloadable and can only be accessed from Your Hopenotless.com Library Account, Your Account data will be retained until You delete Your Account or request its deletion (and therefore forfeit access to the e-books You’ve bought).
Data you enter in the marketing Email Preference Google Form is retained until you request for it to be deleted from these email preference records.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time– except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Right to Request Data Record

For users that register on Our Website, We store the Personal Data You provide in Your user profile. All users can login to Your Library Account to see, edit, or delete Your Personal Data at any time (except the username cannot be changed). SEE NEXT PARAGRAPH FOR IMPLICATIONS ON E-BOOK ACCESS. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
