We accept payments through Stripe. Google Services for Email Preferences
A Google Form is used for a marketing email subscribe and unsubscribe list. When you submit this form (whether you use it to subscribe or unsubscribe), the Google Form collects Your email and the name You enter. This Personal Data is synched to a Google Sheets, and is stored on Google Drive. It is stored until you request for Your Personal Data to be deleted from these email preference records altogether (this is different than updating your preference to ‘unsubscribe’). Even when your Personal Data is deleted from the email preference records, You will still receive necessary emails related to Your Hopenotless.com Library Account and purchases. Purpose: Sift enables the detection of fraudulent payment attempts in the online shop of this website and is activated together with the payment integration of WooPayments. This requires the processing of the user’s IP-address and metadata, the address and the title of the page called up, the browser identification, screen resolution and colour depth, the operating platform, time zone and language and an identifier for the session. Sift uses fingerprinting to recognise a device across visits and across the websites of other customers of Sift. The fingerprint consists of the following information, among others: browser identification, screen resolution, colour depth, operating platform, time zone, browser language, the address and title of the page called up and a generated session identifier. Cookies or cookie-like technologies can be stored and read. These can contain a device identifier with which a returning device is recognised. This data can be used to calculate a risk score for a payment attempt, to recognise patterns of fraudulent behaviour across the customers of Sift and to improve the services of Sift.
